Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Warehouse Operative with forklift experience for a busy site in Milton Keynes (Bletchley area). You will handle goods, stock, pick/pack orders and maintain inbound/outbound records.

The role requires valid counterbalance and reach truck licences, willingness to perform 70% manual warehousing work and 30% FLT, and the ability to work in a small team. Starting ASAP; day shifts 8:00–16:30, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid counterbalance and reach truck licenses.
• Willingness to do manual warehouse related work (70% manual / 30% on FLT).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as a member of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Booking in of goods and materials
• Appropriately storing of stock
• Picking and packing orders
• Document control - Update and maintain all inbound and outbound records
• Forklift driving - loading & unloading of deliveries
• Participate in cycle counts and manage stock queries
• Identify stock that is in the wrong location and escalation as required ensure stock levels are controlled throughout the operation

Position: Warehouse Operative W/ Forklift

Salary: £13.25 - £14.90 per hour

Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes

Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to begin work for a leading business in Milton Keynes

Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Warehouse Operative to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the Site's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking in of goods and materials
