Job summary

Gap Personnel in Northampton NN7 is seeking a Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver to join our established team. The role involves general warehouse tasks, loading and unloading, order picking, and operating a reach truck when required.

A valid FLT license is essential, with reach truck experience preferred. Ongoing contract, full-time hours 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm on a rotational basis, offering competitive pay rates (£13.05 for Warehouse, £14.56 with FLT).

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and order picking.
• Valid FLT license with reach truck experience preferred.
• Flexibility with rotational shifts and general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as required.
• Move pallets and use pallet truck as needed (PPT & LLOP).
• Operate Reach Truck when required.
• Conduct order picking for deliveries.

About the Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver role: Staff would be required to do general WH work regarding loading, unloading, handballing, pallet truck work, PPT & LLOP and picking orders for delivery. Staff would also require having FLT license and jump on Reach Truck when required.

Please note:We accept any FLT Reach license as well as expired as long as you have a copy of it along with experience.
