Job summary

Stiltz Lifts in Kingswinford, West Midlands, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join a fast-moving team. You’ll pick, pack and prepare products for dispatch, operate forklift trucks and other equipment, and help keep stock moving safely and efficiently.

Hours are 8:00–16:30, Monday to Friday, with a competitive annual salary of £26,227 and a range of benefits including pension, life and health insurance, cycle to work, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Proven general warehousing experience (load/pick/pack/label/ship).
• Valid forklift qualification and good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Proficient in basic IT and inventory systems; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare products for dispatch to customers.
• Operate forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics and field teams to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Maintain a safe, efficient workspace and report discrepancies.
