Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative for our Coventry Newstrade team. This hands-on role requires you to handle goods, load/unload deliveries, and move stock within a fast-paced warehouse. A valid Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential, and you will operate a forklift as needed.

You will work Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30, with a salary of £13.50 per hour. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and commitment to high standards of performance across daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years loading experience within a warehouse environment.
• Counterbalance licence desirable but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete required documentation in line with company procedures.
• Break down, sort, allocate, and load inbound deliveries.
• Operate a counterbalance forklift in line with safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with attention to quality.
• Assemble customer orders and pack items for dispatch.
• Act as a quality control champion by checking orders before dispatch.
