Randstad Employment Bureau in Skelmersdale is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a temporary ongoing role. You will work on a busy production line packing and unpacking household goods, with a 30-hour week on late shifts 15:30-21:30, Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates have good communication, basic numeracy, and attention to detail. Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential, and safety footwear is required for induction.

Responsibilities

• Work on a fast-paced production line, packing and unpacking household goods.
• Inspect and label products while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Stack products on pallets, following layer patterns.
• Monitor production plans and meet targets as part of a supportive team.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
