Job summary

A leading automotive parts distributor in Oldham is looking for a Warehouse Operative to ensure orders are picked and packed promptly. Responsibilities include checking supplier parts, loading vans, and managing stock accurately. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This position is on a zero hour/casual contract with up to 41 hours available weekly, including alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to efficiently handle warehouse tasks.
• Good customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Check and put away supplier delivered parts.
• Pick and load vans accurately and timely.
• Check stock quantities against computer records.
• Organize returned items for resale, warranty or surcharge.
