Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative - Export who will support with export orders, ensuring they are picked and packed according to the specified packaging requirements on the Sales Order paperwork, and completed on time and in full.

Job Details:

• This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate, including relevant certificates and Certificates of Conformity (C of C).
• Create manifests and liaise with the Commercial team on job completion.
• Act as the point of contact for customers, 3PL hauliers, and manage the collections calendar, coordinating with customers and 3PL regarding collection schedules.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging materials to prevent delays.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 6S practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Experience operating a forklift is desirable.
