Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative - Export who will support export orders, ensuring they are picked and packed according to the specified packaging requirements on the Sales Order paperwork, and completed on time and in full.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate, including relevant certificates and Certificates of Conformity (C of C's).
• Create manifests and liaise with the Commercial team regarding job completion.
• Act as the point of contact for customers, 3PL hauliers, and manage the collections calendar, coordinating collection dates and times.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging materials to prevent delays caused by shortages.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring the working area is clean, tidy, and free from clutter in accordance with 6S practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Forklift driving experience is desirable.
