Job summary

Driver Hire Lancaster is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Driver for a client in Morecambe. The role combines general warehouse duties with occasional driving, offering a temp-to-perm path after 12 weeks.

You will work Monday to Friday, 07:00am or 08:00am starts, with early finish every second Friday. Weekly pay, holiday pay accrual, and ongoing support from our recruitment team are provided as you move toward permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year.
• No major endorsements on licence.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative.

Driver Hire Lancaster is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Driver on behalf of our client based in Morecambe.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to secure a permanent position with a well-established local company. The role is primarily warehouse-based, with occasional driving duties as required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

07:00am or 08:00am to 5:00pm

Every second Friday finishes early at 1:30pm

Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

Pay Rate

£13.23 per hour

Holiday pay accrued in addition to hourly rate
