Warehouse Operative – Barnsley

£13.00 per hour | Temporary to Permanent

Know How Resourcing are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a well-established client based in Barnsley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent position.

Duties Will Include

• Picking customer orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Palletising and wrapping finished goods
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Carrying out quality checks on products
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
• Physically fit as some heavy lifting may be required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
