Job summary

Leader Online Ltd currently seeks Warehouse Operatives to join our Middlesbrough distribution team. You will support picking, replenishment, stock movement and dispatch for a varied range of products including doors, flooring and furniture.

The role is practical, fast-paced and requires accuracy, safety awareness and high standards of quality. This hands-on position offers potential progression beyond an initial three‑month term, subject to performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution or similar operational experience.
• Experience in picking, replenishment, stock movement or dispatch.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good attention to detail and focus on product quality.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
• Reliable, proactive and collaborative team member.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Willing to support different warehouse activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish locations and organise stock.
• Consolidate orders and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Load, unload and move products safely.
• Check stock for SKU, quantity, condition and quality.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies and hazards.
• Maintain high 5S standards and housekeeping.
