Job summary

Culina Logistics is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our Tilbury team, supporting key retail warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will help keep stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently as part of a reliable and supportive team.

This full-time role runs 12-hour day shifts on a 4-on-7 pattern (11:00–21:30) in a chilled warehouse at around 3°C. Salary is £31,006.82 per annum, with onsite break area and benefits such as life

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Tilbury team, supporting key retail warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

• Accurately pick stock and customer orders in the chilled warehouse
• Hit clear KPI targets in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
• Build pallets safely and efficiently through accurate case picking
• Operate PPT ride‑ons to move palletised goods safely around the warehouse
• Assemble customer orders accurately against order profiles
• Make sure every order is picked with the correct products and quantities
• Champion high standards of health and safety at all times
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running smoothly
  Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI's and delivering strong performance
• PPT experience is desirable
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 from 7 pattern, from 11:00 to 21:30. The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures of around 3 degrees. Salary: £31,006.82 per annum, You'll be joining an amazing team, with excellent on-site amenities including a break area with a pool table for staff to enjoy.
