Shift Available: Day shifts 06:00 - 14:30 working any 5 days from 7

Location: Grantham

You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us—just enthusiasm to learn and a desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited about progression, we’ll provide all necessary training and development opportunities.

As a Warehouse Operative at our Grantham NDC, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. There are also opportunities to shift, role, and career progression.

Key requirements include an eye for detail, comfort working in a cool environment (thermal uniform provided), ability to lift up to 25kg, and ideally, your own transport to get to work.
