As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you will be at the heart of preparing orders for customers in our state-of-the-art Bristol warehouse. We offer a variety of roles and shift options, allowing you to plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Your work pattern will be communicated 6-13 weeks in advance, giving you ample time to plan with family and friends. You will work in both Ambient and Chill areas (-5℃).

Available roles include:

• Despatch: Loading totes into frames for delivery vans and sorting totes returning to the site. This role requires physical effort, including lifting heavy totes.
• Pick: Picking and packing customer orders into totes, with assistance from robots.
• Inbound: Receiving goods from suppliers and organizing them into totes for processing.
• Freezer: Picking and packing frozen items in temperatures up to -25℃. Full gear is provided.

Shift Times:

• Nights Pick/Freezer: 20:00 - 06:00 (4 nights)
• Days Despatch: 07:00 - 17:00 (4 days)
• Nights Despatch: 21:00 - 07:00 (4 nights)
• Nights Inbound: 19:00 - 05:00 (4 nights)

What do you get in return?

Salary (from 31st March 2025):

• Starting rate: £12.45 per hour
• Night shift premium (10pm-6am): +£2.50 per hour
• Freezer Premium: £0.80 per hour
• Overtime: paid at basic x 1.25
