Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives for our Bridgwater site to support EDF. The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, with 8.5-hour shifts starting between 06:00 and 18:00.

You will join a strong team at Bridgwater, receiving a competitive hourly rate, overtime pay, and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided for MHE operation and Warehouse Management Systems use, with a focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours between 06:00 and 18:00 therefore flexibility is essential.

• Operate MHE to unload and load deliveries into floor and racking locations - full training provided
• Champion a safety-first mindset by actively engaging in safety initiatives and maintaining high standards across all tasks
• Manage inventory and deliveries using scan guns, tablets, and Warehouse Management Systems to ensure accuracy and timely completion
• Consistently meet KPIs in safety, quality, performance, and service by taking pride in precision and operational excellence

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience working in warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
• Flexibility to handle various tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and support colleagues in achieving operational goals
