Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on the AM shift in Preston, PR2. The role involves sorting parcels, heavy manual handling and performing tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts run Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 11:00 with regular weekly pay. A reliable, punctual worker who can safely handle loaded cages and parcels will thrive in this role. Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is advantageous but not essential.

Pay Rate: £12.71

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Parcel Sorters to join the busy operation at our Preston client. This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are comfortable with heavy manual handling.

• Sorting parcels quickly and accurately within the warehouse
• Loading and unloading parcels from trailers and containers
• Pulling and manoeuvring parcel cages around the warehouse
• Heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
• Scanning and processing parcels using handheld devices
• Ensuring parcels are routed to the correct destinations
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements
