We are seeking FLT drivers to join our team in Rugby, working the AM shift from Monday to Friday, 0800-1630. The position offers a competitive rate of £12.45 per hour. Typical daily responsibilities:

• Operate Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Pick and palletise goods
• Wrap pallets after picking
• Operate equipment safely
• Load and unload vehicles safely

Requirements to succeed at XPO:

• Numeracy and literacy skills for work documentation
• Current FLT license
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to work independently
• Warehouse experience
• Teamwork experience
• Understanding of health and safety in warehouse settings
• Experience working towards performance targets
• Experience using scanners and IT devices
• Previous experience working in shifts
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
