As a Warehouse Operative at our Grantham NDC, your responsibilities include picking, packing, and checking the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and optional accredited training (including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving) is available to support your growth.

Key requirements include attention to detail, comfort working in a cool environment (thermal uniform provided), the ability to lift up to 25kg, and preferably your own transport.
