Job Description:

We are looking to recruit Warehouse Colleagues to support our growing team based at our site in Wellingborough.

Our multi-temperature warehouse operates 24/7 excluding Christmas Day, so it’s essential that you are flexible and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.

Basic rate of pay is £12.27 per hour.

Night shift premium (6pm-6am) - £2.38 per hour.

Afternoon Shift 14:00-22:00

Nights shift 22:00-06:00

Rota options below:

Any 5 out of 7 days.

Every other Weekend off (4-week rotation).

On-site transport options within Wellingborough and surrounding areas are available at low cost, with flexible routing possible.

The Role:

• Completing manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE.
• Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation, and dispatching of stock are completed to standard.
• Completing tasks supported by electronic warehouse management tools.
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods.
• Contributing to our culture of trust, respect, and togetherness.
• Adhering to and investing in our award-winning health and safety standards.
