£14.58 Per hour (£32,216 per year) plus great benefits

Shift Pattern: Afternoon, working 5 shifts per week from 15:00 to 00:00

42.5 hours per week

No previous warehouse experience is required to join us—just enthusiasm to learn and a desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited about the opportunity to progress, we’ll provide all the necessary training and development opportunities.

As a Warehouse Operative at our Fresh Direct Corby depot, your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and checking the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. There are also opportunities to shift roles, move up, and take on new challenges.

Candidates should have an eye for detail, be comfortable working in a cool environment (we provide a free thermal uniform), be able to lift weights of up to 25kg, and ideally have their own transport to reach the depot.
