About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our Inbound Department team. The successful candidate will manage the receipt, inspection, and organization of goods arriving at our warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods Receiving and Inspection:
• Unload deliveries, check goods for quantity, quality, and condition.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Report discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
• Inventory Organization:
• Label and store goods correctly within the warehouse.
• Update inventory records using scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Assist in stock organization and optimization.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately and input data into the system.
• Maintain records for traceability and stock management.
• Coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
• Report issues promptly to the inbound supervisor.
• Health and Safety:
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE when necessary.
• Keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Other Warehouse Tasks:
• Assist with outbound, picking, packing, or other tasks as needed.
• Support stock counts and inventory control measures.
