Job summary

Bleckmann is hiring for a permanent, full-time warehouse operative to support stock flows from receipt to dispatch at our distribution centre. You will handle goods safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting quality, productivity, and health & safety standards.

The role runs on a 4on 4off rotating schedule (06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00). The position offers a base rate of £12.91 per hour plus a £3,900 annual shift allowance, with on-site facilities and benefits described by the employer.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and health and safety responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, check, and store incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Replenish stock locations; Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace and report hazards.
