Job Description:

Working in a fast-paced environment, our Warehouse Order Pickers are responsible for picking and palletising packaged chilled products for retailers nationwide. You will be trained to use MHE equipment such as PPT and LLOP during our induction and a subsequent thorough training program on our picking procedures.

We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work-life balance, based on a 4 On 4 Off schedule, working 45% of the year. Shifts run from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with three 30-minute breaks.

The salary for this role is £26,008.98 per annum (£12.50/hour), with overtime opportunities paid at time and a half.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse is advantageous but not required, as full training is provided. The role is physical and requires colleagues to stay active throughout their shift.
