Job summary

PPG Industries in Carrickfergus is offering a permanent Warehouse Operative role in our architectural coatings warehouse. We are seeking a motivated, hardworking person to join a friendly, supportive team; training provided.

You will handle pick, pack, loading/unloading, and ensure safety and accuracy. The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with a competitive benefits package including pension, private healthcare, staff discounts and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths (Minimum Grade C or equivalent).
• Valid Forklift License required.
• Previous Warehouse experience.
• Power pallet truck preferred (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and assemble orders, ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times.
• Maintain a good level of efficiency.
• Align with health and safety regulations, while always maintaining safe-working practices.
• Loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Check customer orders before dispatch.
• Daily housekeeping
