Job summary

Dreams is seeking a Warehouse Operative to receive, organise and prepare products so our beds reach customers on time. You’ll help keep the depot running smoothly and support the delivery team with accurate checks and safe handling of bulky items.

You'll work in a hands-on, physical role, with regular heavy lifting, clear communication with teammates, and a flexible weekend shift pattern. Training and development are provided from day one to grow within the business.

• Receive goods into the warehouse and check deliveries against systems and paperwork.

• Move Dreams delivery vehicles around the depot as needed.
• Organise and prioritise the workload to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
• Work as part of the team to hit daily targets and maintain high standards.

How you’ll help the nation sleep better

• Receive goods into the warehouse and check deliveries accurately against our systems and paperwork.
• Load and unload vehicles, handling mattresses, bed frames and sofa beds safely and with care.
• Move Dreams delivery vehicles around the depot when required.
• Organise and prioritise the workload to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
• Work as part of the team to achieve daily targets and maintain high operational standards.

• A full UK driving licence holder, as moving delivery vehicles within the depot is part of the role.
