Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer in Gloucester. The role spans indoor and outdoor work, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and preparation for dispatch.

Hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, paying £13.50 per hour. Temporary to permanent opportunity with a well-established company offering stable hours.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or yard experience would be beneficial.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• FLT (Forklift Truck) licence advantageous but not essential.

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business? We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer to join a busy warehouse and yard environment.

This role will involve working across both indoor warehouse facilities and an outdoor yard, ensuring customer and production orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and efficiently.

Duties will include:

• Picking and packing orders for customer dispatch
• Preparing materials for the manufacturing team
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Checking stock and ensuring order accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• General warehouse and yard duties as required

Candidate Requirements:
