Job Description

Shift: 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00.

Salary: £12.21 / £12.69 on completion of MHE Training.

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with risk assessment guidelines to maintain Health and Safety, reporting issues to the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Report damages according to warehouse procedures.
• Operate MHE equipment safely and in compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
• Expected to operate all MHE required to meet operational requirements, both current and future.
• Reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Adaptable approach to training.
• Conscientious and reliable.
• Good working attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
• FLT Licence is desirable.
