Backline Logistics are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work on one of our client sites in Willand. This is full-time, with a 4 on 4 off rota (or Monday to Friday for the right candidate) and an immediate start. Expect lifting, a cold environment and ongoing temp-to-perm opportunities.

Pay is £13.55 per hour with weekly pay, overtime and weekend premiums. Training and progression, uniform provided and transport support are offered to help you succeed.

The Role

Backline Logistics are currently recruiting for Warehouse Workers to work with one of our established clients in Willand.

This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work, full-time hours and temp-to-perm opportunities.

We are looking for a warehouse Operative in the Willand area.

Shifts will run on a rota: 4 on 4 off (this could Monday to Friday for the right candidate - hours to be arranged). 4 on 4 off shift: 06.00 - 18.00 with a half hour unpaid break or Monday to Friday.

Previous warehouse experience preferred.

There will be lifting involved so physical fitness is required.

You will be working in a cold environment.

This could lead to a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
