Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Burton Latimer, near Kettering. This full-time role involves rotating 4 on 4 off shifts from 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am, at the site’s recycling facility. Pay starts at £12.71 per hour on the day shift and £13.71 per hour on night shifts, with rate increases after 12 weeks of service.

Full training is provided, and onsite parking is available. Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable and fully flexible, with basic English and a proactive attitude

Qualifications

• Physically fit with stamina for a full-time, fast-paced warehouse role.
• Fully flexible to work rotating shifts (4 on, 4 off).
• Good health and safety awareness essential for site procedures.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a team setting.
• Reliable and punctual with attendance.
• Basic to good English level required.

Responsibilities

• Identify items suitable for reuse or recycling.
• Handle rolls, cages, plastic trays, totes and other assets.
• Load and unload cages, pallets and containers.
• Move stock safely around the warehouse.
• Maintain clean and organised work areas.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and site standards.
• Work as part of a team to hit productivity targets.
• Support operations across warehouse areas as required.

Warehouse Operative for our client, which operates a warehouse recycling facility.

Warehouse Operatives in

Burton Latimer, Kettering.

The rate of pay is:

• AM Shift £12.71 per hour
• Night Shift £13.71 per hour

The rate of pay increases after 12 weeks of service.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Due to the shift patterns and hours this role would not be suitable for students or part-time workers.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:

• Identifying items suitable for reuse or recycling.
• Handling rolls cages, plastic trays, totes and other warehouse assets.
• Loading and unloading cages, pallets and containers.
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse.
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and site standards.
• Working as part of a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Supporting operational activities across different warehouse areas as required.
