KPI Recruiting is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a shift between Newcastle-under-Lyme and Nantwich. The role involves receiving, storing, packing and dispatching goods, with a focus on accuracy and organisation in a busy warehouse environment.

The position offers a Monday to Friday pattern, a salary of £12.71 per hour, and a route to progression within a market-leading equipment company. A valid FLT licence is desirable; reliable transport is required to reach the site.

Warehouse Operative

Permanent Position

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Based between Newcastle-under-Lyme and Nantwich, this well-established company is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join its friendly Warehouse team. The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are packed, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack, receipt, and store goods safely and securely.
• Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure products are packaged appropriately for safe delivery to customers.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe storage areas.
• Respond to customer and internal enquiries effectively.
• Support the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operations.

About You

• Have a positive and proactive approach to work.
• Be eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Have good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Hold an FLT licence (desirable but not essential).

Please note: Due to the location of the site, applicants must have their own transport and be able to drive.
