Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Appleton, Warrington (WA4 4TQ)

Salary: £25,667.20

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible between 06:00 and 16:30)

Contract Type: Permanent

Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative in Warrington to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for goods receipt, stock movements, and picking, ensuring all warehouse tasks are completed efficiently. Own transport or access to a vehicle is required due to the location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick stock according to prioritised dispatch deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Replenish stock in aisles to maintain picking efficiency.
3. Offload deliveries and accurately locate stock within the warehouse.
4. Check and sign for deliveries in accordance with supplier documentation.
5. Identify stock queries and shortages, updating the warehouse log accordingly.
6. Assist in loading stock for delivery in a controlled manner.
7. Participate in annual stocktakes.
8. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies to promote a culture of excellence.
9. Maintain flexibility in working hours as per business needs.

• Physically fit for lifting and packing loads.
