We currently have a brilliant opportunity for temporary Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team at The Delivery Group, one of the largest technology-enabled e-commerce and postal logistics businesses in the UK. We are seeking permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team based at our Warrington Hub. Flexibility to work outside of normal core hours is essential.

Responsibilities

• Load the STS Machine and perform Goods In/Out duties.
• Sort bags, trays, and bundles onto the STS Machine.
• Scan bags, trays, and bundles manually when required.
• Palletize as instructed by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure mail is processed correctly within specified timescales.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism.
• Wear company uniform and safety clothing as required.

Candidate Requirements

We seek self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals with a proactive attitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team is essential. Competency in English and Maths, a desire to learn, and a passion for success are important. Previous warehouse experience and knowledge of mailing operations are desirable but not essential.
