Job summary

Gist Limited, part of the M&S Group, is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Chesterfield to keep M&S stores stocked with popular products. You'll join a team with training and support to help you start and progress, in a busy warehouse environment.

The role includes 37.5 hours per week, any 5 days from 7, a night shift 21:00–05:00, and weekend/unsociable premiums. Full PPE is provided and on-site parking is available.

What you'll be doing

Our warehouses are at the heart of the M&S Food supply chain. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll help make sure the right products get to the right place at the right time.

Depending on the operation, your day could include:

• Picking and preparing stock for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Scanning and checking products
• Moving goods safely through the warehouse
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working closely with your team to keep the operation moving

Environment:

Chilled and ambient

Full PPE is provided.
