Job summary

ITS in Harlow is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our busy distribution centre. You’ll ensure orders are picked and packed accurately, handle stock transfers to stores, and receipt deliveries with care.

No experience is necessary as full training is provided; the role is physical with a two-week rotating shift pattern and holiday entitlement. If you have drive and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

• Processing internal stock movement in "Bulk to Pick" replenishments
• Stock taking and assisting in the resolution of stock discrepancies

Warehouse Operative

The Role

• Ensure customers' orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently
• Picking stock for transfers to our retail stores
• Receipting deliveries at Goods In, ensuring their accuracy and condition
• Locating deliveries into the warehouse
• Processing internal stock movement in "Bulk to Pick" replenishments
• Stock taking and assisting in the resolution of stock discrepancies

The Candidate

No experience necessary as full training will be provided

*The warehouse is 152,000 sq ft so the role will involve a lot of walking and will require the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

Hours

Full Time

Working a two-week rotating shift pattern: 08:00–17:00 for two weeks, followed by 13:00–22:00 for the next two weeks. Weekend shifts are included on a rotational basis

Pay

£12.90 - £15.60 per hour plus a 15% unsociable hours supplement for all hours worked passed 20.00pm
