Job summary

Industrial Tool Supplies Ltd. is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Trade counter and Showroom in Walthamstow. You will interact with customers, provide knowledgeable product guidance on power tools and DIY items, and work as part of a friendly, supportive team.

The role requires weekend availability and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment. We offer a friendly atmosphere and opportunities for progression within ITS.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy shop.
• Knowledge of power tools and DIY products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service at the trade counter and showroom.
• Support customers with product queries and advice on tools and DIY items.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain showroom standards and stock availability.
• Be flexible with hours, including weekend availability, in a fast-paced retail setting.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Assistant who feel ready to take the next step to develop their career, as part of the team within our ITS Trade counter and Showroom which is in our store in Walthamstow.

We have a Part time position available working 22.5+ hours per week between the hours of 6.45am-8pm across 7 days a week, with weekend availability required.
