QS Recruitment is seeking General Warehouse Operatives for a busy furniture and home furnishings warehouse in Tuxford. Join a growing operation with ongoing work and a potential temp-to-perm path for the right candidate.

Role involves loading/unloading, picking/packing, moving goods, and ensuring health & safety standards are followed. Monday–Friday, 8am start; hourly rate £12.71 with up to 28 days holiday accrued per year.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience (advantageous but not essential).
• FLT licence would be an advantage, but is not essential.
• Physically fit, as the role may involve manual handling.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Currently seeking a General Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation specialising in Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing, based in Tuxford.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work within a busy warehouse environment.

As a General Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading goods
• Picking and packing orders
• Moving and handling furniture and home furnishing products
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• General warehouse duties as required
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Duration: This is an ongoing position with potential temp to perm for the right candidate.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate is £12.71. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday a year.Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday, 8am start.
