Warehouse Operative - Silverstone

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35-hour week, 1-hour lunch break)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Silverstone. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude, who is looking for a full-time role in a busy, supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Book goods in correctly, accurately and on time
  • Ensure all packages and contents meet exceptional standards before leaving site
  • Dispatch goods accurately and on time
  • Pack and ship goods in line with relevant legislation (IATA/ADR etc.)
  • Complete courier paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Correctly classify all new and existing products for storage and transportation
  • Adhere to strict Health & Safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area (including general cleaning duties)
  • Carry out final quality inspections once trained and authorised
  • Handle supplier queries promptly and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor warehouse and freezer temperatures
