Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Operative for our Bawtry site. The role is full-time and permanent, with a 37.5 hour week and weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 6am to 6pm, plus rotating Monday/Tuesday shifts.

The location is Bawtry, DN11 9HE, and duties include picking, packing, and dispatching orders with strict safety standards. You will work as part of a supportive team ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while handling stock safely and maintaining clean, efficient

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Flexible and positive approach to work.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Experience operating MHE including HLOP or PPT desirable; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Load, unload, and handle stock safely, lifting items up to 25kg.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as HLOP and PPT in line with safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping to keep a clean, safe, organized workspace.
• Work with the team to meet productivity targets and customer deadlines.

Pay Rate: £25,779 + 12% weekend shift premium

Grade: RCS P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday 6am - 6pm and Monday and Tuesday rotational 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team at our Bawtry site.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Load, unload, and handle stock safely, including lifting items up to 25kg
• Operate warehouse equipment such as HLOP and PPT trucks in line with safety procedures
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet productivity targets and customer deadlines
