Job summary

Bestway Group in Swansea is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant to join our fast-paced team. Your role includes replenishing stock, processing bulk sales at the checkout, and picking and packing customer orders.

You will assist drivers, ensure excellent customer service, and thrive in a busy environment with good timekeeping and teamwork.

This is a physical on-site role with flexible hours, offering competitive pay and a company pension.

This is a fast packed role where you could be involved in a wide variety of tasks. It's a busy and physically demanding role where you will be on your feet all day, moving and lifting stock to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
