Job summary

Baltic Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. This full-time, temporary role offers an immediate start and a clear path to permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

You will pick, pack and prepare customer orders, receive and store deliveries, maintain stock accuracy and keep a safe, tidy warehouse. Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30, with a £14/hour rate and a 10% profit-share bonus for permanent staff.

Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets. Skills and Experience Previous warehouse experience. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to lift and move goods safely. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break). Hourly rate is £14. 10% salary bonus is paid as a profit share at the end of the year to permanent employees.
