Job summary

Lawrence Dean Recruitment is looking to place a Warehouse Operative in St Albans on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm. The role involves hands-on warehousing duties in a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and stock movement, with paperwork processing. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, good numeracy, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse
• Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Computer literate with good numeracy skills
• Counterbalance forklift licence advantageous (or willingness to obtain)
• Able to work independently and take initiative
