The Staffing Network is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Job Title:

Warehouse Coldstore Operative (Day shift)

Hours:

07:30 am to 06:00 pm

Shift:

Day shift, 5/6 days a week

Pay rate:

£13.00 per hour

Location:

Spalding, Lincolnshire

Your role as a Warehouse Coldstore Operative:

• Picking and packing items within the freezer department
• Manually packing products into boxes, ensuring they are fit for purpose
• Using manual handling best practices as part of the picking process
• Performing general warehouse duties such as box making and pallet wrapping

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• An enthusiastic and proactive approach towards tasks
• Self-motivated individuals capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
