You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us—just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited about potential progression, we’ll provide all necessary training and development opportunities.
As a Warehouse Operative at our Grantham NDC, your responsibilities include picking, packing, and checking the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, preparing them for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. Once onboard, there are plenty of opportunities to change shifts, roles, or advance your career.
Requirements include an eye for detail, comfort working in a cool environment (we provide a free thermal uniform), the ability to lift up to 25kg, and ideally your own transport to get to work.
