Job summary

Staffline is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative at our Stoke distribution site. You will join the picking team, responsible for preparing orders for delivery to a stores network, with shifts starting promptly.

The role is full-time with rotating shifts (days and afternoons) and overtime opportunities; basic English and numeracy are required, and full training is provided.

Job description

Our client's distribution site has an exciting opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative in Stoke.

The rate of pay is up to £13.67 - £14.12 per hour.

Overtime is available!

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:

• Days 6am to 1:30pm
• Afternoon 2pm to 9:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative you will be working as part of the picking team, you will be responsible for the picking of orders in preparation of delivery to stores in the client's network.

You maybe expected to work at heights and maybe required to use LLOPs in the course of completing your duties.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit as it is a demanding role and you will be on your feet for the duration of the shift. You must have good time keeping skills, this is expected as the shifts start immediately.

Applicants will have a basic level of English, good numeracy and the ability to work towards targets in multiple different areas.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
