Job summary

Natures Way Foods is seeking hands-on warehouse operatives to keep goods moving safely and efficiently. You will load/unload vehicles, pick and pack orders, and operate pump trucks and forklifts to help hit daily KPIs and rotate stock.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, can lift safely, and are comfortable using a pump truck. A forklift licence is desirable; training is provided after probation. You must be 18 or over for insurance purposes.

Who We're Looking For

We're after reliable, hands-on people who are ready to get stuck in. You'll need:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• The ability to safely lift and move goods - this is a physical job
• Confidence using a pump truck
• A forklift licence is desirable (if not already qualified, you will be trained after probation
• You must be 18 or over (for insurance purposes)

Shift Pattern

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering both days and nights 7:00-7:00. You will work a total of 14 days within a 28-day period. Typically, your working pattern will be as follows:

• Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
