We’re looking for permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our new site, in Rushden. You will be working an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern , covering the hours of 14:00-22:00.

• We’re offering an hourly rate of £11.64

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck
• Store goods accurately and efficiently
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch
• Ensure delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production standards
• Check for damaged or missing items

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Determination to progress themselves and their teams
• A good understanding of health and safety
• Willing to operate MHE
