Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join the outbound section for our Rugby client. The role involves quality checking picked goods, packing, palletising, wrapping and banding, with manual handling around 15 kg.

You will work in shifts across 11:30–20:00 or 11:45–20:15, Monday to Friday, with training 10:30–19:00 for 1–2 weeks and an immediate start for suitable candidates. This temporary position offers overtime at £20.18 per hour.

Qualifications

Warehouse Operative - Immediate start

Location: Rugby (CV21)

x1 Space: 11:30 - 20:00 Mon - Fri (38.75 hours per week)

x1 Space: 11:45- 20:15 Mon - Fri (38.75 hours per week)

TRAINING ON 10:30-19:00 FOR 1-2 WEEKS

Pay Rate: £13.45 p/hour

Overtime: £20.18 p/hour.

Job Type: Temporary initially

We are looking for a reliable outbound warehouse operative to work within the outbound section of the warehouse for our client based in Rugby.

This role will include:

• quality checking picked goods
• packing items and palletising
• wrapping and banding goods

Remember: This is a warehouse role so manual handling will be involved (aprox 15kg)

• Be local to Rugby and have a positive attitude.
