We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Fowler Welch Hilsea. This is a full-time, permanent position with rates of pay up to £17.16 per hour.

Shift times for the first 13 weeks will be 17:00-05:00, then 19:00-07:00 thereafter.

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Wednesday to Saturday.

Rates:

• Basic hourly rate - £13.20.
• Overtime rate - £17.16.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include using a ride-on PPT to load and unload trailers, consolidating pallets, and reloading from lanes onto trailers.

• Completing correct documentation for inbound and dispatch loads.
• Reporting trailer or MHE faults according to company procedures and managing VOR vehicles.
• Ensuring goods are picked and assembled accurately.
• Securing loads properly before dispatch.
• Meeting productivity standards.
• Adhering to health and safety policies, SSOWs, and HACCP regulations, and addressing non-compliance.
• Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Handling customer returns appropriately.
• Supporting Stock Controllers, Team Leaders, and Supervisors as needed.
• Assisting colleagues and maintaining a courteous, collaborative work environment.
