IFGlobal, a technology-enabled 3PL and growth partner for ecommerce, is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a 3-month FTC in Poole. You will handle order picking, packing, and dispatch, using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role covers stock control, stock movement, and maintaining high standards of safety and organisation. You will work as part of a fast-paced operations team, contributing to SLA achievement and providing support across warehouse areas as needed.

About the role FTC 3 months

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of our fast-paced Operations team, helping to make sure our customers’ orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across different areas of the warehouse, using our systems and handheld technology to process orders, manage stock and keep everything moving. You’ll work closely with the wider team to hit daily targets, maintain high standards and deliver the level of service our customers expect.

What you'll do

• Accurately pick stock using the latest handheld scanning technology
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all specific requirements are met
• Dispatch orders in line with agreed specifications and delivery standards
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through careful handling and recording
• Adhere to all company processes, procedures, and operational standards
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the correct use of PPE and the safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational SLAs are consistently achieved
• Support the team to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised working environment
• Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned

Package

• 10:00am-7:00pm or 12:00pm-9:00
• 8 hour shifts - 5 out of 7 days
