About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play a vital role within the team by ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and ready for delivery to our customers. They champion customer service through efficient stock management and understand the importance of meeting delivery timeframes.

Main Duties Include

1. Checking and storing supplier-delivered parts
2. Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
3. Checking customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
4. Verifying stock quantities against the computer system and ensuring proper storage in designated bin locations

Working Hours

Average of 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment
2. Ability to work effectively under pressure
3. Strong team player
4. Efficient with keen attention to detail
5. Understanding of customer service and meeting deadlines
6. Basic numeracy and literacy skills
7. Good communication skills
8. Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry (desirable)
